Day 28– July 27, 2005, Wednesday: Two countries?

We met with our outreach group today and prayed and decided that we are going to pursue both Uganda and Zimbabwe. If God blocks one of them, then so be it, but we think he’s pointing towards both. It’s pretty scary to read about some of the things the Zimbabwean government is doing. They are having a sort of cleansing operation, in which they are basically tearing down orphanages and homes and anything else they feel like. They need some serious help. Our outreach group is starting to gel together. We all get along quite well and have fun together. I think God has good things in store….

Tonite I went to a meeting by Dan Brocky. He talked about how to represent God in a typical business situation. He had a lot of experience as his dad founded Dayspring greeting cards, and he took the business over. It was an interesting talk. Mostly about boring things like integrity and honesty.
